Seminars for early career mathematicians in 2023

Ph.D. students and postdocs are invited to apply for the "Oberwolfach Seminars" and the "Banach Center – Oberwolfach Graduate Seminars" in 2023. Both seminar series are organized by leading experts in the field, and address to promising early career researchers from all over the world. The aim is to introduce the participants to a particular interesting development.

The Oberwolfach Seminars take place at the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach six times a year. The Institute covers board and lodging. By the support of the Carl Friedrich von Siemens Foundation, travel expenses can be reimbursed up to 150 EUR in average per person (against copies of travel receipts). The number of participants is restricted to 25.

Banach Center - Oberwolfach Graduate Seminars

The Banach Center - Oberwolfach Graduate Seminars are organized in cooperation with the Banach Center (Warsaw) and take place at the Mathematical Research and Conference Center of the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Będlewo. Please see the website of the center where you can find basic information (location, travel etc.): www.impan.pl/en/activities/bedlewo-conference-center/about-center. In general, travel expenses can not be reimbursed. The number of participants is restricted to about 30 persons.
